Training and Capacity building project : SMART 4 School
SMART-4 Project is a scientific idea to build a prosperous country with social justice and infrastructure development. To build a prosperous country, there is need to be SMART government, to be a SMART government, there is need to be SMART party, to be a SMART party, there is need to be SMART leaders and Cadres, to be a SMART leader and carders, there is need to be SMART civil societies and civilian. Therefore, this project contributes to leader and cadre, policy maker and civil society to be a SMART. The participant of this project would be political leaders and cadres, parliamentarians, ministers, bureaucrats, mayors, deputy mayors, chairman, vice chairman, chief administrative officers, Civil societies leaders, CSOs and other likeminded stakeholders.
