He hold a Master’s Degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University and have more than 23 years of experience in project and portfolio management in the social and human rights sector. His expertise lies in human rights, community media, governance, water, sanitation, hygiene, gender equity, social inclusion, child rights, and
development.

Most recently, I served as the Executive Director at the Association of Community Radio Broadcasters Nepal (ACORAB). He have over five years of experience as a Human Rights Officer at the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).

He worked as a Senior Program Coordinator for Save the Children International Nepal, focusing on Child Rights Governance and collaborating with government and civil society organizations for child rights protection, promotion, and governance. He also served as a Program Manager at the Federation of Drinking Water and Sanitation Users Nepal (FEDWASUN) in a multi-donor supported program in partnership with various UN Agencies and development partners.
