Administration Department

The Alternative Foundation has a separate Administrative Department to providing
comprehensive administrative support to all the departments, planning, and managing the
administrative tasks related to the procurement, implementation of the activities and events,
administering all laws and policies of the Foundation, hiring and managing departmental staffs,
filing and record-keeping, and internal administration. The Foundation has approved the
Administration Policy 2077. In order to make the administration efficient and effective through
the compliance of the policy, the administration department has been formed under the chair-
ship of Mr. Janak Giri, Board Member of the Foundation. Similarly, the Executive Director will
play a leading role in keeping the administrative activities intact, effective and purposeful. The
department will have staff as per requirement.
